3 Months of Meds
Every three months we select one RefillWise user to have 3 months of their prescription costs covered.
We realize that the cost of prescriptions can be a huge burden. 3 Months of Meds is one of the ways that we can give back to the RefillWise community and hopefully help ease some of that burden by paying for the cost of 3 months of your medications.

Eligibility
- Entrants must have an active RefillWise card. Need a RefillWise card? You can get a card for free!
- Entrants must have purchased a prescription with RefillWise in the past 90 days.
- Only one entry is allowed per person. Previous winners are not eligible to win again.

Download and fill out the entry form. Once completed, send us the form via mail or email.The form must be fully completed; partially completed entries will be discarded.

- RefillWise holds a random drawing on the first Monday of every third month.
- RefillWise contacts the winner to verify identity and cost of monthly prescriptions. Copies of receipts and/or other information may be requested.
- After verification, RefillWise will send the winner a gift card equal to the cost of 3 months of medication, up to $500.
- RefillWise re-enters all entries that were not drawn automatically for the next drawing and discards duplicate entries.
